The RCP Network is offering Virtual Leadership Training for teams of conservation leaders on September 20, 21, and 28 from 10 am-12 pm each day. Conservation leaders face unique challenges as they build partnerships, engagement, and success.
This online intensive program, designed for a team of 2-4 leaders from an RCP or other conservation organization, will help leadersgain new skills in collaborative leadership and provide practical tools for energizing partnerships to achieve goals.
Each RCP team will walk away with a game plan to increase their impact and effectiveness.
This program will be followed by Leadership Training “201” on December 6, 7, and 14. Stay tuned for those details at a later date.
Leadership Training “101” details:
When: September 20, 21, and 28, 10 am-12 pm each day
Program: This program will allow you to apply network frameworks, learn collaborative leadership principles, and experience practical tools for energizing your partnership. The program is designed to develop the leadership skills of conservation teams, therefore participants must include between 2-4 RCP/organization members, including at least one member of leadership.
Trainers: This program is being designed and presented by staff at the Institute for Conservation Leadership (ICL). Meet the trainers below.
