Bill Labich, Regional Conservation Partnership (RCP) Network Coordinator, is scheduled to deliver a keynote presentation at the second annual Southeastern Massachusetts Regional Conservation Forum Feb. 6.
Labich will offer tips and steps for creating effective, enduring partnerships that could drive collaborative conservation throughout the southeastern Massachusetts Pine Barrens Ecoregion.
The two-day event also features a field trip focused on fire science and land management, as well as several other speakers, and breakout sessions. The forum will be held in Mashpee and Buzzards Bay, MA, and is sponsored by the North Atlantic Fire Science Exchange (NAFSE), Southeastern Massachusetts Pine Barrens Alliance (SEMPBA), Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife Natural Heritage & Endangered Species Program (NHESP), Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA), the Forest Guild Northeast Region, and Mass Audubon.
